Established in 1988 by it's founder, Mr. Tetsuo Saito, Saito College has emerged as one of the most reputable design and professional colleges in Malaysia. It has produced more than 6000 graduates in the last 23 years.

We are internationally recognised and offer Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education approved Diplomas with credit transfers accepted by universities from United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Our courses have curriculum that combines sound understanding and skills in the subject area and understanding of industry expectation to enable our students to "hit the ground running" when they embark on their careers. Our graduates have consistently been sought after by industries as they graduate.
Students at Saito also have an added advantage of working with industry experts who act as their mentors or master trainers. This unique teaching methodology has proven effective in learning the latest trends in the industry thus it is dubbed as 'Insdustry as Classroom and Learning at Saito is Enjoyable' because teaching and learning takes place in and outside the classrooms using diverse teaching methodologies.
Community work is a must for all students at Saito College which is one of the compulsory co-curricular activities. Students participate in community work on groups and through student council. The college also has student exchange programme with Leithbridge University, Alberta, Canada which allows the students from the Canadian University to complete their final year projects at Saito and Saito students doing their final year projects at Leithbridge.
All students are given free classes in communication skills and interpersonal skills to prepare them to face challenges in their endeavours upon graduation. In addition students are encouraged to become members of professional bodies and international clubs like Toastmasters International. All these activities give Saito student an advantage over the others when they enter the job market.
The college has opened up pathway for Saito student to complete their degrees at the shortest possible time at reputable foreign design colleges and universities ( 1 year for degree after Saito Diploma at Saito at University of Waikato, New Zealand and Sunderland university and Leeds Metropolitan University through New Castle college, UK). Saito Diploma is also recognized for 2nd year degree programme at Leithbridge University - Canada, Curtin University - Perth, Swinburne University of Technology - Melbourne, University of New South Wales - Sydney and Edith Cowan University(ECU) - Perth. These universities are recognized for their Art & Design specialities and offers degree courses with comparatively low tuition fees.

Internship is compulsory within the academic curricular. It is the pre-arranged programme of student attachment with companies within the industry for 3-6 months period. Students will be awarded credits for the internship. Students benefit greatly from these internship attachments as they have the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge into real life projects with the help of working professionals.
The teaching facilities in Saito College consist of up-to-date MacLab and PC Labs, Art & Design studios, Canon EOS Photography Studio, Video Editing Suit and workstations. Besides that the college also provides wireless broadband internet in the library and within the college compound.
The latest course introduced by the college is Diploma in Security Management which offers skills and knowledge on management of physical security which is a thriving industry in the developing nations. This is taught in collaboration with Safeguards G4S. One of the biggest security companies in Malaysia which is the training ground for the course participants.
The college also offers an Executive Diploma in Security Management which is approved by the HRDB of the Human Resource Ministry. The one year part time course is opened to all working adults and is funded by the HRDF.
