Entry requirements *

A Levels: A, B, B

STPM: A, B+, B+

  • Biology; and
  • Chemistry; and
  • Physics or Mathematics

Australian Matriculation Monash University Foundation Pre-University Program (MUFY) or University of New South Wales (UNSW) Foundation or Western Australia Curriculum Council or HSC Sydney Australia  or  Trinity College Foundation Studies  or  Australian Universities Foundation Programmes or South Australian Matriculation (SAM) or Victorian Certificate of Education, Australia Year 12:

  • ATAR 95%

Foundation in Science:

  • CGPA 3.5 out of 4.0
  • Biology; and
  • Chemistry; and
  • Physics or Mathematics

International Baccalaureate:

  • 34 points without bonus points with a minimum score of 5 in Chemistry at Higher Level and another Science subject or Mathematics at Higher Level

Malaysian Matriculation:

  • CGPA 3.5 out of 4.0
  • Biology; and
  • Chemistry; and
  • Physics or Mathematics

Unified Examination Certificate (UEC):

  • B4 each in 5 subjects i.e. Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Additional Mathematics

Science Degrees:

  • BSc. (CGPA 3.3 out of 4.0)

English Language Requirement

  • MUET: minimum score of Band 4
  • IELTS: minimum score of 6.5 with no individual section lower than 6
  • TOEFL iBT: minimum sub-scores of 26 (Reading), 26 (Listening), 22 (Writing), and 25 (Speaking)

Other equivalent qualifications will be considered on an individual basis.

All applicants must attain a minimum of the following at School Certificate level or its equivalent:

  • SPM / O Level 5 Bs each in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics (or Additional Mathematics) and another subject
